CHIEF OYEGUN OFFICIALLY JOINS ADC 16th July, 2025 A former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie-Oyegun, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Oyegun, a former Edo State Governor, received the membership card of his new party on Tuesday. His membership card was handed to him by the party’s state chairman, Kennedy Odion, after he registered with the ADC in Benin city, the Edo State capital. Speaking at the presentation, Odion said the former APC national chairman is not new to the formation of political coalitions. He recalled Oyegun’s involvement with the formation of a coalition that led to the emergence of the APC in 2013 that eventually ousted the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.
