LIST OF APPROVED VISITORS TO SGF'S RESIDENCE; FALSE AND SHOULD BE DISREGARDED

It has come to the attention of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) His Excellency Senator George Akume, that there is an exclusive list making the rounds in the social media of persons approved who may be welcome at his Abuja residence.

His Excellency the SGF urges the general public to discountenance the said list as a fabrication from the author's imagination which has nothing to do with him whatsoever.

The SGF works for the entire nation, not just Benue State.

He enjoins everyone to recall that as the public servant he has been all through his life, his residence anywhere and office alike have always been open to all manner and class of persons who have a reason and need to visit there.

He says the doors to his home and office remain open to all persons whose intentions are genuine, as has always been the norm, and there is no exclusive list of approved visitors there.
