 PRESIDENT TINUBU MISSES HIS STEP WHILE CLIMBING INTO THE TRUCK - SA on social media 
President Bola Tinubu today 12th June, 2024 tripped and fell while boarding Presidential parade vehicle during Democracy day celebration.

President Tinubu was however quickly helped up by his security details.

He had approached the vehicle shortly after he arrived at the Eagles Square, Abuja venue of the programme.

Confirming the incident, Special Assistant on Social Media to Tinubu, Segun Dada, said despite the slip, the President quickly regained his balance and continued with the proceedings.

He said, “Mr President missed his step while climbing into the truck at the June 12 Democracy Day celebration and tripped. It was a mild misstep. He immediately went on with the ceremonial rounds. No issues.”

CHIEF OYEGUN OFFICIALLY JOINS ADC 16th July, 2025 A former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie-Oyegun, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Oyegun, a former Edo State Governor, received the membership card of his new party on Tuesday. His membership card was handed to him by the party’s state chairman, Kennedy Odion, after he registered with the ADC in Benin city, the Edo State capital.
