WOMBO RECEIVES BLESSINGS AS HE ROUNDS UP THANK YOU TOUR

The House of Representatives Member representing Katsina-Ala/Ukum/Logo Federal Constituency, Hon. Prince Solomon Wombo earlier today rounded up his thank you visit in Katsina-Ala LGA. 

While in Katsina-Ala, the Honourable Member pays homage to Katsina-Ala traditional council under the leadership of His Royal Highness, Chief B.F. Wombo, Ter Katsina-Ala at his Palace.

In his address, the lawmaker made his purpose of the visit known to the monarchs. According to the Prince, his presence was to come and say thank you to his Royal Fathers for their immense support, prayers and blessings he enjoyed from them during campaign and election respectively.

He appeals for their continue support to enable him succeed on his mission of resetting Sankera

Responding on behalf of the traditional council, the Ter Katsina-Ala, His Royal Highness Chief B.F. Wombo commended Prince Wombo for finding time to reunite with his people, particularly the traditional leaders. He promised to support the Honourable Member to succeed on his core objectives.

Shortly after, the lawmaker proceeded to Akume Atongo Stadium where he was welcomed by party supporters chanting and singing songs of joy.

In his speech, the Prince of Peace expressed his gratitude to the people of Katsina-Ala for the overwhelming support given to him during campaign and election. He assured them of democratic dividends.

He also appeal to the arm bearing men to lay down arms and find a way of embracing peace. According to him ample opportunity shall soon be unveiled for the youths.

The occasion was graced with party supporters as well as religious groups and civil organizations.

CHIEF OYEGUN OFFICIALLY JOINS ADC 16th July, 2025 A former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie-Oyegun, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Oyegun, a former Edo State Governor, received the membership card of his new party on Tuesday. His membership card was handed to him by the party’s state chairman, Kennedy Odion, after he registered with the ADC in Benin city, the Edo State capital.
