AS WOMBO EXTENDS THANK YOU VISIT TO CONSTITUENTS 

Member Representing Katsina-Ala/Ukum/Logo Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber, Hon. Prince Solomon yesterday extended his "thank you visit" to Logo Local Government Area.

The Prince of Peace on his arrival in Ugba, proceeded to Ter Logo Palace, HRH Chief. Jimi Meeme. It was there that he briefed the monarchs on his mission saying that his visit was an appreciation/thank you visit to the Royal Fathers for their support, prayers and blessings for him during campaign and general election.

He appealed to the traditional rulers to support him so as to deliver on his campaign mandate of restoring the lost glory of Sankera and bringing back everlasting peace in the area.

Reacting, the Ter Logo His Royal Highness, Chief Jimi Meeme commended Hon. Prince Solomon Wombo of his unique style of politicking. According to the Chief, Prince Solomon Wombo has started in the right and best direction and they will all really round him to succeed on the good intentions he has for the people of Sankera

Also speaking, the Mue Ter, Chief Terngu Iorhuna, Tombo District Head, Chief Tukper Samuel and Chief Terkura Ankangeh all appreciated Prince Wombo and promised to indulge their support to him to make Sankera a happy place again. They gave him their blessings and promised to be with him in their thoughts and prayers.

Thereafter, the Honourable Member moved to LGEA Primary School School, Ugba, venue for the celebration, where party supporters, religious groups and other constituents gathered to welcome him.

Addressing his supporters, the lawmaker says; " I am here today to say thank you Logo people for all that you have done to me and our great party as the time of campaign and election proper". He further lamented that since 1999 this is the first time that Logo people have given a greater magnitude of votes to the opposition party in the state.

He assured Logo people of inclusiveness under his reign and promise to make them proud for the trust bestowed in him.

Finally, the Prince of Peace, appeals to the arm bearing youths to lay down arms for peace to pave way in Sankera. Prince Wombo also assured youths of his readiness to bring programs that will benefit them in a short possible time and call for calm.

The occassion witnessed thousands of supporters across party line who came to identify with their member.

CHIEF OYEGUN OFFICIALLY JOINS ADC 16th July, 2025 A former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie-Oyegun, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Oyegun, a former Edo State Governor, received the membership card of his new party on Tuesday.
